Due to the nature of our digital products and services, including but not limited to barcode generation and registration services, we do not offer refunds once an order is completed and the product or service is delivered.
1. Digital Products and Services
All sales of digital products and services on uccbarcodes.es are final. We provide clear descriptions and previews (where applicable) to help you make informed decisions before purchasing. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, or a service has been provided, there is no obligation for a refund or credit.
2. No Refunds
We stand by the quality and value of the services and digital products we provide, but we understand that every situation is unique. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team at n.swailam@uccbarcodes.es within 24 hours of your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis to provide support and attempt to resolve any issues.
3. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting to ensure it meets your needs.
4. Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is in the event of a faulty product or service directly attributable to a mistake on our part. In such cases, please provide detailed evidence of the issue, and we will investigate the matter. If we determine that the product or service was indeed faulty, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or credit for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.
